The Return Home Approach
I help individuals break free from autopilot and chronic stress, guiding them toward deeper authenticity, presence, and connection.
At The Return Home, therapy is more than symptom relief. It’s about addressing the roots: trauma imprints, unconscious beliefs, nervous system dysregulation, and unmet emotional needs that fuel burnout, anxiety, and self-abandonment.
My approach is integrative and trauma-informed, blending clinical expertise with holistic perspectives. I believe the body holds deep wisdom, and healing begins when we learn to listen to it.
Therapy with me is collaborative, I don’t assume or diagnose from a distance. Instead, I walk beside you with curiosity and care. Together, we explore your inner world so you can reclaim your story, restore your sense of self, and reconnect to what makes life meaningful to you.
